New Horizon Centre @ Tampines is a dementia daycare centre located at Blk 362, Tampines St 32. As part of my graduation project, I wanted to see how I could better improve the wayfinding system to better accommodate people living with dementia (PLWD) living within the area. Thus, this site offers you the chance to see what could be done to help these individuals, by creating a dementia wayfinding system!
